- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆If I could give this zero stars, I would. I've had the worst experience with them. 3 packages were delivered at the wrong address, for 3 separate occasions. I've had to call them on all three and they want to tell me that they can't help me. They also keep putting my neighbor's mail in my mailbox. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My carrier constantly puts my packages in a locker and leaves a key, but it's NEVER the correct key. Then the line is always busy to try and call them to have it corrected. The people who answer the phones (when they actually do) are very polite. However, my carrier is extremely rude. Overall, I'm very displeased with their performance as I can never receive my packages without a tedious struggle and it's always days late. So frustrating!By Arlissa Miller, January 14, 2017
